Due to our services being mostly digital, refunds are not granted. if you are not satisfied with your order/service from us, please email us immediately.

Flyers take 12-48 Business Hours

Logos take 24-72 Business Hours

Business card (designing) takes 12-48 Business Hours

Standard business card (prints) take up to 7 business days

Credit card business cards (prints) take up to 3 weeks

Websites takes 1-2 weeks

Labels (designing) takes 12-48 Business hours

Labels (printing) takes up to 4 business days

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product, returns are not allowed under any condition. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 2-4 business days. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Quality Policy

We guarantee the quality of our products. The products are tested and checked by several parties before orders are shipped to each customer. 

Shipping Policy

Our orders ship with USPS. Standard Shipping is 4-7 business days. Expedited Shipping is 3-4 business days.  


When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. 

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. 

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
